We’re a rapidly expanding local solar company. We launched March of 2019 and just expanded to open a third sales office here in Colorado, and we need help with the office work!
We’re looking for someone to handle customer service and account management; however, primarily, this is an evolving position, and the day to day changes from time to time. Some of the current day-to-day tasks will include:
Job Duties
- Processing and submitting all permits
- Tracking and organization of all job files, paperwork and documentation
- Coordinate completion and execution of necessary documentation to obtain building permits for solar installation projects
- Review paperwork to ensure project paperwork is ready to submit to the reviewing agency for approval
- Work closely with installation teams
- Apply for solar utility applications, as requested
- Provide friendly and professional customer support throughout all phases of the solar installation project.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Desired Skill Sets
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Moderate experience with Microsoft and Google Suite
- Has a positive attitude
- Must have a valid Driver License, reliable transportation and be dependable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to ongoing process changes and innovation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone interaction with customer
