Klick Solar
Our team is growing and we need an experienced NABCEP Solar Installers for our solar team! A strong candidate will have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the installation, maintain a positive work environment, motivate and lead by example, take ownership of the projects they are responsible for, and will be respectful and courteous to customers. NABCEP (PVIP) Certification REQUIRED!
Shifts: M-F (40-45 hrs/week)
Pay: $22 – $28/hr (Based off of experience)
Job Responsibilities

Quality Control checks for each job, and track vehicle inventory before projects.

Layout PV arrays.

Ability to read and interpret Solar Design packets and Engineering Letters.

Ability to use and train other employees to use fall protection and PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment).

Mentor, train, and motivate Jr. installers.

Carefully document and report progress of project, this will include photos of the installation, condition of the property, and associated internal documentation.

Following OSHA safety requirements.

Clearly and Effectively communicating with the Installation Team, Project Manager, and Management.
Qualifications
-
NABCEP Certification.

Valid Driver’s License required.

Residential solar experience preferred.

Must have a reliable vehicle and cell phone.

Ability to lift 50lbs +.

Able to troubleshoot PV related issues.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, usually at an incline, and be able to ascend and descend ladders throughout the day.

Critical thinker and problem solver.
