We’re looking for someone to handle customer service and account management for our solar projects and are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience looking to expand their career in the exciting Solar Industry!**Not Remote**
Job Duties

Handling customer queries and incoming phone calls

Keeping up with customer accounts and tracking the progression in databases

Retrieving missing documents from customers

Data Entry
-
Reaching out to HOA’s on the homeowner’s behalf

Submit documents for permit requests
-
Heavy phone use and scheduling
-
Sending out installation account updates to Sales Reps
Qualifications:

Basic database management knowledge (e.g. Excel & Google Suite)
